Courage like a dog should take stake from the Centre: Siddaramaiah clarifies controversial statement
I said it with good intentions. I have told you to show courage in the interest of the state. Grants from the central government have not come properly. Grants are all down. He clarified that he said it in that sense and not for any other reason.
Former CM, Leader of Opposition Siddaramaiah, who is on Dakshina Kannada district tour, today visited Kudroli Gokarnath temple and took darshan.
After speaking, he said, "I have not said that I am a puppy. There should be courage. The interest of the state is very important. They should show courage in bringing grants from the central government. I told them that there should be no puppies. That is not an unparliamentary word. They call me Tiger and Tiger. Yeddyurappa is called Raja Huli by his party members. So, is Yeddyurappa a tiger?" he asked.
I told you to be brave, not like a puppy. I am called Tagaru and Hulia. How does that become an unconstitutional term? Yeddyurappa is called Rajahuli by his party members. So Siddaramaiah questioned whether Yeddyurappa is a tiger, a dog is a faithful animal. He clarified that he said that he should take share from the center with the courage of a dog.
